Megan traded the Seattle rain for the Florida sunshine and earned her Law Degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, graduating cum laude and top 9% of her class. She joined the leasing team as a Leasing Attorney in 2015 and was promoted to Director of Law Leasing in 2020. Her responsibilities include handling all aspects of the legal leasing process including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing new leases, renewals, amendments, assignments, and all other landlord-tenant related legal documents.
