A native of Jacksonville, Alex received his degree from Florida State University. Upon returning home, he dove into the commercial real estate industry and joined the Sleiman team in 2011. Alex has an impressive record for leasing space, negotiating deals, and securing a great tenant mix at Sleiman’s shopping centers. He was recognized as a 2019 CoStar Power Broker and 2021 CoStar Top Retail Leasing Broker – Jacksonville. Currently, he works with the leasing team, while continuing to participate in production and deal making with a focus on the existing Sleiman portfolio.
