Shawn joined us in March of 2023 as the Tenant Construction Manager. He brings an extensive background in the construction realm working closely with architects and building inspectors in previous positions. Most recently, Shawn was the National Director of Construction, Facilities and Real Estate of Guitar Center, Inc. where he was responsible for the opening of 165 Music and Arts locations nationwide during a 20+ year career.
At Sleiman, Shawn will facilitate all Tenant buildouts across the company, assisting Tenants through all aspects between lease execution and ribbon cutting.
Shawn is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and a resident of Yulee with his wife since 2017.
