A graduate from St. Mary’s College in Winona, Minnesota, Karen received a double major in Marketing and Management, with minors in French and History. Her background includes writing new builds and facelift proposals for service stations, retail management, retail operations, market area analysis, real estate coordination, and customer service. She moved to Florida five years ago and joined Sleiman’s team in 2021.
Her role is to support the Real Estate Managers in any way they need, including processing vendor invoices, assisting tenants and vendors, collecting and managing tenant insurance and verifying accuracy every step of the way.
