William (Will) Malone joined Sleiman as Vice President of Asset Management in June 2021 with over 20 years of experience overseeing shopping centers portfolios.
Throughout his career, Will has led teams at grocery/big box and mixed-use retail power centers. He also has extensive experience in lifestyle centers as well as super-regional malls and festival marketplaces in both the private and publicly held realm. Will brings a highly communicative and collaborative form of leadership to Sleiman. In addition to property and asset management expertise, Will has also developed and led Marketing, Accounting, Lease Compliance, and Information Technology teams in the past, focusing on company goals while maintaining/raising the standard for work/life balance.
At Sleiman, his role will focus on all assets of property management, leading the department to oversee company goals, property growth and improvements, tenant relations, and efficiency.
