Landlord and developer Sleiman Enterprises has renovated the cherished historic building located in the Miramar/San Marco neighborhood. Now, they proudly celebrate the grand opening of Jeremiah’s Italian Ice at Miramar Center.
Opening its doors on June 20, the new location has revitalized the site of a 1950s gas station while preserving original features like the garage doors, transforming it into a welcoming community gathering space. The new establishment is located at 4434 Hendricks Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
