Alex has an impressive record for leasing space, negotiating deals, and securing a great tenant mix at Sleiman’s shopping centers. He was recognized as a 2019 CoStar Power Broker and 2021 CoStar Top Retail Leasing Broker – Jacksonville and is a member of ICSC. Currently, he works with the leasing team, while continuing to participate in production and deal making with a focus on the existing Sleiman portfolio.
