Anthony T. Sleiman

Chief Executive Officer and President

With more than 40 years of experience in the real estate development industry, Anthony oversees operations and guides the company's growth and development. He brings an infectious level of enthusiasm to Sleiman Enterprises and serves as the company's public face. His entrepreneurial spirit has helped him lead the company to engage the marketplace and redefine the success of privately owned real estate developments. A graduate of Jacksonville's Bishop Kenny High School, Anthony serves on the Sleiman Enterprises Board of Directors and volunteers on the boards of Goodwill, the American Cancer Society and numerous other nonprofits.

Eli T. Sleiman, Jr.

President and Founder, Target Contractors, Vice President, Sleiman Enterprises

Eli is the founder and president of Target Contractors - the in-house construction arm of Sleiman Enterprises. With more than 35 years of real estate development and construction experience, he continues to play a crucial role in helping grow Sleiman Enterprises into a real estate development dynasty. A graduate of Jacksonville's Wolfson High School, Eli holds a General Contractor's license.

Joseph E. Sleiman

Vice President

Joseph has relied on his real estate development experience, entrepreneurial spirit and creative expertise to guide the expansion of Sleiman Enterprises into Central Florida. He serves as Vice President and member of the board of directors as well as President and CEO of the company's advertising arm. In this capacity he grew the advertising subsidiary into a multi-million-dollar asset and fourth largest outdoor advertising company in Florida, with branches extending throughout the Midwest. Joseph is a graduate of Jacksonville's Bishop Kenny High School and attended the University of Florida.

Robert K. White

Chief Operating Officer

Robert joined Sleiman Enterprises in 2006, bringing with him 25 years of experience in finance, operations and general management. Before joining the company he was Executive Vice President with Global Signal, a publicly held REIT; previous assignments include COO at GATX Technology Services and positions with Barnett Bank and Andersen Consulting. Robert holds a BS in Business Administration (with a Finance major and Accounting minor) as well as an MBA, both from the University of Florida.

Elise Greenbaum

Vice President of Leasing

With over 20 years of legal and leasing experience, Elise is responsible for all leasing activity within the portfolio. That includes anchor tenant leasing as well as redevelopments and new developments. She holds a BA from the University of Miami and earned her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent School of Law. Elise has been with Sleiman Enterprises since 2008. Before joining the company she was Associate General Counsel and VP of Real Estate Transactions at Equity One, Inc.

Paul Thomas, CSM

Director of Property Management

Paul oversees day-to-day property operations at Sleiman Enterprises and has been with the company since 2007. He earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida 2004. Before joining the Sleiman organization he was a Property Manager with Noble Properties in West Palm Beach, FL.

Michael Herzberg

Director of Development

Michael directs entitlements for all properties, works with Sleiman Enterprises' construction arm, TCI, to ensure on-time performance, and also serves as Government Liaison for the company. He holds a BS in Geography and a Certificate in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University as well as a Certificate from the American Institute of Certified Planners of the American Planning Association. A former appointed official under Jacksonville Mayors Delaney and Peyton, Michael joined Sleiman Enterprises in 2005.

Jonathan Heldenbrand

Director of Asset Management

Jonathan oversees the management of the company's portfolio and manages the company's financial relationships, both raising and deploying capital. He holds a CPA designation and earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University and an MBA from the University of Florida. Before joining Sleiman Enterprises in 2007, Jonathan worked with First Coast Keva, CSX and Arthur Andersen. He volunteers actively with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Scott Henson

Director, Design and Construction, TCI Construction, Inc.

Scott coordinates the full spectrum of design and construction - from project implementation through tenant turnover - for TCI Construction, Sleiman Enterprises' construction arm. He's also responsible for long term real estate planning, office and field staff management, and lease review and coordination. He holds an Associate Arts degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Engineering from the University of North Florida. He has been with the company since 1999.
